Warranty Information:

Warranty- All Buffalo Dental products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in original condition, with
certain qualifications and time periods as listed on the Warranty Card available from Buffalo Dental (and included with most
equipment items). Please refer to the warranty card for specific details and exclusions. Warranty periods for certain items are as
follows:
Handpieces- Air Drive, Cord Drive, Cable Drive, Prophy Angles, Contra Angles, and Amalgam Packer Instruments are under warranty for
six months from date of original installation by consumer/purchaser. This warranty excludes chucks and brushes that must be replaced as
wear indicates.
Electrical and Mechanical Equipment- These products are under warranty for a period of one year from the date of original installation by
consumer/purchaser.
Amalgam Carriers- Are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase. The instruments must have original parts and
construction. Barrels or tips that are completely or partially clogged with amalgam, causing the plunger to be inoperative, or to bind or
stick, are not considered defects. Carriers must be maintained immediately after use for proper operation and warranty fulfillment.
Expiration Dated Products- Are warranted for their individual indicated times.
Factory Repaired Items- Repairs made to a product while it is under warranty will be honored until the completion of the original product
warranty period. Out-of-warranty items will be repaired with factory replacement parts and covered by warranty for a period of 90 days.
Repairs- Should a product require factory service attention, please contact Buffalo Dental for specific details on returning the item
and on the procedure for evaluating, repairing and shipping the item back to you. Refer to the warranty card for details.
