Warranty Information:
Johnson-Promident warrants its products to the original purchaser against defective workmanship and materials under normal procedures of installation, use, and service within the dental profession, for a limited period from date of sale outlined below. Damage due to lack of lubrication, improper lubrication, use of disinfectants, and clogged water lines is considered misuse and is not covered under warranty.

Challenger and Classic
- Shell: 1 year
- Turbine: 3 months
Whispair
- Shell: 1 year
- Turbine: 6 months
Low Speed Handpieces
- 6 months, excluding lab handpieces which are 3 months
Attachments (including nose cones, sheaths, contra angles, heads)
- 3 months
- Except Kool Torque Deluxe and Shortgripper 1:1 and 4:1 Nose Cones, which are 6 months
Other Products
Deluxe Scaler: 6 months
Maxsonics Scaler: 3 months
Air/Water Syringe: 3 months
Crown & Bridge Remover: 3 months
Ultrasonic Inserts: 3 months
All Turbines: 3 months, or 6 months if installed by Johnson-Promident

Canister Type (Johnson, ScheinMaster, SuperTrac, True Speed)
- Rebuild or New Turbine: 3 months
Star, Kavo, Midwest, or other Brand
- Rebuild: 3 months
- New Turbine: 6 months
Low Speed Handpieces
Complete Overhaul for Motor: 6 months
Limited Overhaul or Minor Repair: 3 months
Any Repair for Nose Cone or Scaler: 3 months
Electric Handpieces: 3 months
